Malampa went away with the five hundred thousand vatu cash prize and had their name engraved in the first shield of the tournament.
Tafea received 250 thousand vatu as runners up.
Penama beat Shefa 2 -1 in the third place play off. Charlie Ligo struck twice from close range to take his Penama team home. They received 100 thousand vatu for finishing third.
Torba beat Sanma 1-0 to finish forth in the tournament. All three teams received 50 thousand vatu each.
Speaking at the end of the tournament, chairman of the PO tournament organising committee George Iapson thanked the ministry and department of youth and sports for being the major sponsor for the tournament. Iapson said his committee would reorganise the format of the tournament so that it is played over a shorter period of time. The first one was played over five months.
