3 man officiating
As part of Bairiki club preparation towards Xmas Tournament, there was an inter club currently running by this club gathering open men, women, junior boys and girls and the veteranz. After a meeting held on Friday by Peter and officials, NBDO have time negotiated with BBC executives to welcome Mr Peter who will be running referees and score tables trainings. Bairiki Basketball Club are very happy to welcome him and also lucky to learn skills as referee and score table.
At 6:00 in the afternoon, Peter was there at Bairiki court meeting with other referees and scoretables. Within the third quarter, NBDO ask the team and together with referees to officiate the last quarter game. Peter, Rota and NBDO were first introduces the 3 man officiating. At timeout break, Peter and the other 2 referees get together and discuss further weaknesses to help these two referees improved. At the end of the game, Peter and NBDO gathered other referees who have observing transition and prepare them for the next game to officiate.

At 8pm, Peter give time with NBDO practices what they have taught or learn from the training. NBDO thank Peter and also thanking officials for their willingness.
What next??..
At the same time 6:00pm, Peter will be on Monday 14th November, helping again these referees and together with score tables.
