Newcomer team Panahon Ko I2 ended their first round campaign as they stunned a highly financed Palau Pacific Resort (PPR) All Stud, 85-81 Sunday in the ongoing Master’s Basketball League at the Palau High School gym.

Panahon Ko I2 went to Tolets de Guzman who led the scoring clutches with 25 points as they now take a 2-4 win-loss record while Cesar Rebollido had 23 for PPR All Stud who suffered their second setback for a 4-2 tally.

In other games, Ocean View/PCGM bested WCTC Power Ball, 82-64 while the Originals defeated Jive Restaurant, 81-68.

Games resume on September 25 with Ocean View/PCGM against PPR All Stud at 12 p.m. followed by the ECC Eagles-WCTC Power Ball match at 2 p.m. while Jive Restaurant will face Panahon Ko I2 at 3:45 p.m.
