Registrations Open for Spring Sail 2017

by Australian Sailing

Registrations are now open for SPRINGSAIL OPEN REGATTA AND COACHING CLINIC 2017 to be held at Royal Geelong Yacht Club 23-26 September 2017.

SPRINGSAIL 2017 is the first regatta of the Vic Sailing Cup comprising a two day regatta followed by two day coaching clinic held at the Royal Geelong Yacht Club.

Held annually, this event sees over 100  boats enter the Regatta and world class and Olympian coaches provide valuable input to those junior and youth sailors who wish to attend the coaching clinic.  Last year 120 boats entered the Regatta with classes in 420s, 29s, 49s and International Cadets, Lasers, minnows, Open Bics, Optimists and Vipers.

This year we expect the same boasting attendance from International and Olympian Coaches including Rod Hagebols and Australian Sailing’s Head of State Coaching, Adrian Finglas at the coaching clinic. Not only does SPRINGSAIL provide great racing, quality coaching but it also delivers fun, interactive off- water activities and notable guest speakers.
