Commodore's Cup 4

by Adam H Smith

In a good 10-12 knot southerly breeze, it was the Hobie 16 of Vincent Cross and Will Fleming that led the pack and took a comfortable win in the fourth heat of the 2017-18 Commodore's Cup series.

Enlisting the experience of Lynn Dugay, Adam Smith followed the boys a fair way back in second place.  Mark Axton then beat out rival Col Franke to take third (Col at a disadvantage after a very late night cleaning up after son Josh's wedding!)

Honourable mentions to James Fleming completing his first race in a while, Tony Bayley sailing with Will Palmer and your Leigh Harvey who finished their first long course race at the club.
