Despite being stuck near the middle of the table, Redlands United put up a competitive showing for most of the game before Western Pride scored three times late to cash in on tiring legs.

Frustrations got the better of the home side, with three players cautioned and one, Scott Bow, sent off in the 83rd minute.

City’s Andre Bonotto slotted away a penalty in the 80th minute to make it 3-3 before another one was given right at the death. Seiji Shizuno put away the winner in injury-time to win 4-3 for Brisbane City.
