Davis Wins GF Late For Power

Jessie Davis secured the most dramatic of Grand Final victories for Peninsula Power Women on Sunday afternoon, ghosting into the box deep into extra time to claim a 2-1 win over The Gap Women.
Davis' intervention arrived with just one minute left on the clock in extra time, with the captain's goal also completing an undefeated season for Power.
Gators skipper Ruth Blackburn had pulled her side level shortly after the hour mark with a dominating header, but The Gap were unable to cling on for the full 120 minutes.
Power's Premiership-Championship double looks even more remarkable after considering the side finished a disappointing 10th in 2016.
