The Mitcham Junior Football Club is very happy to announce that Mark Ross will coach the clubs Under 13 team for 2016. Winning the Premiership with this group of boys in Under 12’s in 2015 was a fantastic achievement and one that the club is very proud of.  Mark set out to get the best out of these boys and is an extremely organized coach both at training and on game day.  He got the team playing really good football and at all times was positive and made it fun for the team.  He really concentrated on player development and making sure that every player had an important role to play within the team.  The way the team played on Grand Final day was testament to that, with every single boy contributing to the ultimate glory.  Season 2016 will have its challenges though, as the team will move up a grade and will surely come up against stronger opposition.  This is what football is all about and Mark will continue to develop the boy’s skills and ability to carry out game plans that will hopefully make the year another enjoyable and successful one.   Good luck guys and the club looks forward to unfurling that Premiership flag at your first home game for 2016.
