The Mitcham Junior Football Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Ruby Schneider as the inaugural coach of the U12 Mitcham Girls Team.

Ruby is 18 yrs. old, loves sport and is a passionate Tigers supporter of both the Mitcham and Richmond varieties. Ruby has played youth girl’s football for the Whitehorse Colts for the past 3 seasons and loved it. She has also played Netball for Nunawading for many seasons, and now plays mid-week Netball, as well as volunteering on game days for the Melbourne Vixens in the ANZ Netball Championship. She is currently studying Event Management at William Angliss Institute.

Being a local girl, having attended St Johns in Mitcham and Aquinas College in Ringwood, Ruby is no stranger to the Mitcham Football Club and had volunteer roles for the Under 14 and Under 15's in past seasons as well as working at match day functions for the senior club.

Ruby is looking forward to taking on the coaching of the Girls Under 12's at Mitcham and sharing her passion for football with the girls! With her focus on skill development and teaching the fundamentals of the game, the Mitcham Junior Football Club believes the team can look forward to a fun and enjoyable season in 2016.
