Interested in working with young people - Peer Education sessions

Are you between 18 - 24 and interested in working with young people. You, Me and Us engages culturally and linguistically diverse young women aged 18 to 24 years old to become peer educators who co-deliver respectful relationship education sessions. Our hope is that these young women will assist Women’s Health West to ensure the program is relevant and meaningful for other young people, as well as becoming youth ambassadors and leaders within their communities.

You, Me and Us is a respectful relationships education program targeted at 10 to 13 year olds and 18 to 24 year olds in Melbourne’s west. It teaches young people the knowledge and skills needed to develop and maintain healthy and respectful relationships.

Gators will be running You, Me and Us sessions in March, and successful peer educators will be involved in the sessions.

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
