Fun Women's Obstacle Course to Support League
THE Queensland Women’s Rugby League have joined forces with outdoors company Jurassic to help promote the women’s game.
To celebrate, they are encouraging women involved in league to take part in their next obstacle course which is taking place at Charlwood, on April 14.
‘JurrassChic’ is the very first women’s only obstacle event in Australia and aims to create the same muddy, challenging playground as other obstacle events … in a safe place among other women.
Women can come and test, challenge, battle and push themselves, or simply have a muddy fun time with their friends.
‘JurrassChic’ will have you running, jumping climbing, ascending cargo nets, ropes, walls, tyres, a giant slide, mud, mud, mud and fun.
The league will have a marquee out there on the day and be distributing information about the BDWRL & Toowoomba competitions as well as promoting the QRL, SEQ Development websites and Facebook pages.
More information about the course and the event can be found at the website here: http://jurrassic.com/jurrasschic/
Between 5pm-9pm tomorrow (March 28) – the Jurassic Facebook page will be offering people the chance to register for $65 (normally $95) to take part in the course.
