2020 Kick-start your netball season for Year 7-11 in Term 1

Give your netball season a thorough kick into gear in 2020!

Netball players entering Year 7-11 in 2020.  Our focus is on preparing this particular age group to hit the season in the best form possible.  We'll work on setting an aerobic base (working at an intensity that gets the heart rate up), some court agility (getting those fast feet moving), core and strength work (building on your stability and body balance) and most of all improving your play so you can enjoy your game.  This may be the boost you need ahead of attending school or rep trials and help you to give your best out there on court to really give your season a good kick-start!

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
