Netball New Zealand are seeking a collaborative, solution focused, team player to join us. The role sits in the Finance Team in Auckland.

The key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Timely and accurate financial and management reporting
  • Support of annual budgets and forecasts
  • Financial support for our Zones and other Entities
  • Proven background in all financial functions of AP, AR and Payroll
  • Management of Insurances, FBT, ACC, GST

To secure this position, you’ll ideally be tertiary qualified, working towards your NZICA/CPA qualifications, or already CA/CPA qualified. You’ll have strong Excel skills and be embracing of technology and change. Your referees will describe you as technically sound, thorough, someone who can guarantee the integrity of the numbers and who acts each and every day as a dependable team player. They’ll also say that you have a warm and engaging personality with a great customer service focus. Things move quickly at Netball, so you will need to be agile and able to multi-task, just like on court.
