RULES

To be played under the SAWFL By-Laws, with the exception of the game time, break time and draws.

  • Game Time – 2 x 15 minute halves per game with no time on.
  • Break Time – a half-time break of five minutes per game.
  • Draw – a draw is not permitted. If the score is tied at the conclusion of a game, it will be played for an additional five minutes as “sudden death”, meaning that the first team to kick a goal during this time will be deemed the winner of the game.

*Final Match - the two teams that are to compete in the Final will be the two teams at the conclusion of the three rounds with most number of wins. If there are two or more teams that are tied on their number of wins, it will then come down to which team/s have the biggest difference between their total for and against points scored over the three rounds.
