ONLINE Registration Information & How to Use The Active Kids Voucher
1) Active Kids Vouchers
Service NSW released a new voucher system to cover up to $100 of a child’s sporting activities.
The number one most common problem is user error.
A) Parents enter code and validate but then do not proceed through the rest of the form
This does not complete their registration and voids their voucher – now even though it voids the voucher code if they submit a support ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org STG can potentially reactivate the unused voucher.

B) Parents complete payment/registration for incorrect products
As soon as the voucher as been correctly validated, we cannot offer refunds.
This is in the terms and conditions of Service NSW.
If a parent accidentally purchases the wrong product or a fee less than $100, they forfeit the remainder value of the voucher.

2) Secondary / affiliation registrations
If a member has a valid annual registration at association 1, when they go to join association 2, the registration form automatically shows the ‘secondary price’ instead of the normal association annual unbundled fee.
This makes it easier for associations to charge more than their unbundled annual price for any secondary/affiliated members.
3) Member Profile
Members can now log on and access their profile details themselves!
Members will be able to update their details such as phone numbers, address and will also be able to see their previous transactions and when their membership is due. This should eliminate a lot of phone calls regarding membership!
