NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

 

DATE: Monday 13th May, 2019 (Grading week 3 of 3)

TIME: 6.00 PM sharp

VENUE: NDTA Bennett Park Clubrooms, 21 Shearn Crescent, Doubleview

 

This action is required by Law under the Associations Act 2015.

The meeting only has 1 item of business to discuss and vote on which is that the following motion will be put to the members:

MOTION:

“NORTHERN DISTRICTS TOUCH ASSOCIATION, INC. DISCONTINUE USE OF THE CONSTITUTION USED UP TO THE DATE OF THIS SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING AND ADOPT THE NEW CONSTITUTION AS PRESENTED IN THE DOCUMENT TABLED AT THE MEETING.”

NOTE: A quorum of 15 members over the age of 18 is required for the vote to take place and a majority YES vote is required for the motion to be accepted.

 

We ask that team managers and other long-time members make every effort to attend this important meeting.
