ACTIVE KIDS / INFO - Update for parents
IMPORTANT
Basketball NSW would like to advise parents that due to the high demand on Service NSW currently, there is a delay between when an Active Kids voucher is issued by Service NSW and when the data for that voucher is sent to us.
This is resulting in an error when you try to use the voucher to pay for your child's Basketball activities on the day it is issued.
Please allow 48 hours* after issue before attempting to use your voucher for payment. If you need to use your voucher on the same day please contact WWBA on 0447663925.
