Deaf Basketball Australia wishes to say congratulations to Scott Uttley, from Western Australia, for being selected as the Captain of the Goannas for the Deaflympics in Bulgaria. He has displayed strong leadership traits and was the logical choice to lead the young team to their first Deaflympics.
Congratulations must also go to Sam Cartledge who will be the vice captain.
