Basketball Academy Programs in Term One - Registrations now open!
Registrations are now open for the Term One
ALL STARS BASKETBALL ACADEMY PROGRAMS
run by MANNY HENDRIX
An opportunity for players who are serious about their basketball to develop their skills with Manny Hendrix:
- Tuesdays and/or Thursdays
- 6.30 – 7.30am (before school)
- Collingwood College
- Commencing Tuesday 6th or Thursday 8th February, also Tuesday 6th or Thursday 8th March
- Three week programs in February &/or March
The sessions will cover:
- Plyometrics
- Dribbling
- Shooting
- Conditioning
- Skill evaluation
- Skill tailored drills
Representative and domestic players welcome. Limited numbers. Book early to avoid disappointment!
- Program February A on Tuesdays (6th, 13th, 20th)
- Program February B on Thursdays (8th, 15th, 22nd)
- Program February C on Tuesdays & Thursdays (6th, 8th, 13th, 15th, 20th, 22nd)
- Program March A on Tuesdays (6th, 13th, 20th)
- Program March B on Thursdays (8th, 15th, 22nd)
- Program March C on Tuesdays & Thursdays (6th, 8th, 13th, 15th, 20th, 22nd)
