Eastern Suns land marquee signing
The Kalamunda Eastern Suns have jumped into automatic championship contention with one of the biggest signings of 2016, recruiting Perth Lynx star Carley Mijovic.

Kalamunda Easterns Suns head coach Jason Smith now has a lethal line-up with three Perth Lynx squad members including Carley Mijovic, Stacey Barr and Melissa Moyle along with import Sabrina Jeridore and point guard Jorjah Smith recruited from the Mandurah Magic.
Role players Sarah-Jane McMahon, Natalie Soliai, Marlee Bushe-Jones and Rebecca Motroni offer plenty of depth along with talented youngsters in Jamie Rich, Taylavie Frost-Kelemete and Tarryn MacPherson.
The Eastern Suns currently sit in equal 8th position on the ladder with a record of 2 wins and 3 losses.
This Monday sets up an enthralling match-up between Casey Mijovic and Louella Tomlinson when the Willetton Tigers host the Kalamunda Eastern Suns in a special Anzac Day blockbuster commencing at 1pm at Willetton Basketball Stadium.
