Position Open - Development Officer
Rockhampton Basketball is excited to add a driven, enthusiastic, professional team member to our Organisation to help oversee and run our existing development programs. Ultimately you will help grow our membership, whilst also working hands on with our current players and coaches. Rockhampton Basketball is currently experiencing phenomenal growth across all areas of our Association, which means you get to hit the ground running and have an immediate impact.
This position is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of Rockhampton Basketball's development programs, ultimately leading to increased quantity and quality of players, coaches, and officials within our association.
Specific Accountabilities:
- Drive and improve recruitment and retention strategies.
- Oversee RBI competitions.
- Oversee school-based iniatitives.
- Oversee and run Aussie Hoops programs.
- Work with RBI club and rep coaches to deliver coach development initiatives.
- Oversee player development (rep/academies etc)
- Run holiday camps.
