Special General Meeting of Brisbane Basketball
The Special General Meeting will be held on Thursday 29th June at 6.30pm at the offices of Brisbane Basketball 16 Dixon St Auchenflower.
The resolutions to be considered are
1 The existing rules of Brisbane Basketball Incorporated are to be amended by rescinding all of the rules and replacing them with the proposed new rules as attached to the notice of the meeting.
2 In the event that resolution one (1) is passed successfully the total number of members of the Brisbane Basketball Management Committee, including the President, Vice President, Secretary & Financial Director, shall be reduce to eleven (11) as required by the proposed new rules.
