WET WEATHER UPDATE

24 March 2017 - The wet weather this week has put a damper on the start of the Men's Fooball competitions.

Round 1 of the Illawarra Mercury Premier League has been postponed with all games no chance of playing this weekend.

The District League has fared a little better with the only casualties at this stage being Warilla (King Mickey Park) and Fernhill (Ray Robinson Field).

As at 5.30pm on Friday afternoon, Saturday games - Coniston v Balgownie Rangers (JJ Kelly Park), Oak Flats v Berkeley Sports (Keith Bond Oval), Wests Illawarra v Bellambi (Unanderra Oval) all still going ahead. The University FC v Thirroul fixture has been reversed to Thomas Gibsom Park.

These games are subject to further inspection and rain tomorrow morning.

All Community League games have been postponed due to council ground closures.
