U16 National Championships Our U16 Girls and Boys teams finished a credible 4th and 9th respectively, an incredible achievement. We believe the U16 Boys result is the highest finish since 2002. These results are even more remarkable given the challenges both teams endured during their preparation with a change of personnel. I had the pleasure of watching both teams play during the tournament and the manner in which the players, coaches and officials conducted themselves and responded to adversity on and off the court was admirable. Their success was due to their preparation, commitment and team first approach. Congratulations on a fantastic achievement and we look forward to your progress in future years representing SA Country. A big shout out to the parents, coaches and officials that contributed to the team’s success.
That’s a wrap! The U16 Championships concludes our representative season and we get a chance to do it all again!
