The Committee of Management would like to extend a thank-you to the in excess of 550 players who attended tryouts.  Due to limitations of court facilities available to the club we are limited to a maximum of 40 teams. These limitations means that in excess of 150 players across all age groups could not be placed into teams.  We would encourage all of those who were unsuccessfully to continue continue to play and devlop their game at a domestic level.

 

For those players who have been successful in achieving a position you must do the following to secure your position.

• Complete the online Ringwood Hawks registration.  This can be achieved by clicking the Hawks Fees & Registration Button on the front page of the Hawks Website prior to attending training tomorrow
• Download the Player and Parent Agreement and return the signed agreemment to your coach at tomorrows training session

Important information for Transfering Players

If you are transfering in from another representative club to  you must NOT register on the Hawks website.  You need to go to the  VJBL website and download a clearance form.  You need to arrange to complete this form including getting signoff from your transfering association.   It is your responsibility o lodge the clarance with the VJBL and pay the requiste transfer fee.

You will need to wait until you clearance is processed and displayed on the VJBL website prior to registering.  Ringwood Hawks has a list of transfering players and will keep you position open till your clarance is processed.

Important Information for All Players

Payment of the Membership fees (instalment or payment in full) confirms your acceptance of the place in a team, and needs to be completed prior to training session on Sunday. (Other than transferring players).  Failure to complete registration and payment will result in you position be offered to another player on our waiting list.

New Players Uniforms

 Our Uniform Co-Ordinator will email you a time to have a try on session, where you will be able to purchase your uniform and take it with you. Uniforms for new players will be collected on 29th October. 

Merchandise

The club has an Online Merchandise Store (My Maker Solutions), where you can order the remaining Hawks Merchandise.  There is a link button on the front page of the website to take the merchandise store. Samples of the merchandise will be available to look at on Sunday 29 October at MISC

Training

Training commences on Sunday 22 October, please refer to the training ling under the VJBL tab for times and venues.  Midweek training will commence shortly. 

HandBook

The season handbook can be found on the Ringwood Hawks website.  We ask that all players and parents please read the handbook.  The handbook contains a lot of information which will prepare you for the upcoming season.

Registration

Now that teams have been announced, a reminder are required to complete the online Ringwood Hawks Club registration though the Sporting Pulse link which can be found by clcking the Hawks registration button below
