"As part of a team bonding suggestion by Kiara Taylor, we decided to support the Ronald McDonald house on McHappy Day and organised for everyone to wear the McDonald’s Big Mac socks.
There were lots of happy McSmiles on the girls faces when we won the game against Norwood in the last 10 seconds.
They are our new “Lucky” socks because we were down every quarter during the game right up until the last 10 seconds. Georgia Hopper shot her first 3 pointer to even the score and then a quick goal in the last 2 seconds of the game by Ella Turner to win us the game!
The girls fought hard right to the end to win with teamwork, determination and sportsmanship. A McHappy Day the girls will never forget!"

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
