Winter Fees Collection Day
Fees collection for the 2017 winter season will be held on Sunday 9th April. Members of the management committee will be available at Hillcrest Stadium from 10am until 4pm to assist you.
Please note – there is no ITP (intention to play) collection for the winter 2017 fees – only this fees collection day.
You should receive an invoice from your team manager over the next few days but a copy is also attached to this email which you can print yourselves.
On-line Payments - For those who choose to pay using electronic banking please also make payment by Sunday 9thApril quoting your child’s BSA registration number in the reference field and as much of the child’s surname as possible. If you are making a single payment for multiple children please send an email to email@example.com details of who the payment is for including the BSA registration numbers.
Credit Card Payments – Please note that EFTPOS & credit / debit card facilities will be available on the day and at the Hillcrest Stadium canteen during opening hours.
Paying by Instalments - If you would like to make arrangements to pay by instalments please email the Club treasurer at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your plan.
Plans that include regular payments and will pay the full debt including any arrears by the end of July 2017 are automatically acceptable. You should commence making payments in accordance with your plan even if you are still waiting on a response.
