Sunday Cluster Round Overview

In a repeat of the 2011 Grand Final last year's champions, Wollongong Roller Hawks went down to the Be Active Perth Wheelcats. With plenty of chances the Roller Hawks seemed to struggle to get the ball through the hoop. Perth's Shaun Norris once again showed his skills with six 3-point shots and a total of 35 points significantly contributing the final score of 72-68.

Victoria Dandenong Rangers took out their first win for the weekend and season against the RSL Qld Spinning Bullets who found it hard to follow up after their win on Saturday night. In a 68-44 game the rangers had the crowds on their side cheering them on.

In the final game for the round the Sydney Uni Wheelkings took out Adelaide Thunder in front of a growing crowd gathering for the WNBL Semi-Final. Luke Watkins scored 24 of Adelaide's 44 points while Wheelking and retired Australian Roller, Troy Sachs, seemed to recover from his struggle against Queensland the night before and top-score at 27.
