It is with tremendous sadness that Warrandyte Basketball Association has learned of the passing of former Venom Junior representative and Big V Youth league player Tyson Noyes.
Tyson was a member of the Venom VJBL program from 2011 to 2017, enjoying championship success with the Under 16.1 Boys (coached by Beau Bentley) in the 2013/14 season.
Tyson represented the Venom’s Big V Youth League team in the 2015 season playing in 12 games, in which the Venom won the Pre-season Tournament and the Youth 2 Men’s championship.
On behalf of the Warrandyte Basketball family we send our heartfelt condolences to Tyson’s family and friends at this time.
WBA asks that all Venom VJBL and Big V teams participating this weekend to wear a black armband in memory of Tyson at this week’s games.
