The Warrandyte Basketball Association and the wider Big V basketball community wish to congratulate David Moore on reaching 150 Big V games when he suits up at Chelsea this Saturday night.
David’s Big V career started with the Kilsyth Cobras playing in the youth competition. After stepping up into SEABL, David made his return to Big V with Sherbrooke in State Championship Men in 2013 After three successful seasons with the Suns, David made the move to Warrandyte to be an integral part of the program.
David’s versatility is his best asset to the team. A major scoring threat from the perimeter, yet equally as dangerous down in the post; David is also often given the key defensive match-up and his ability to play both ends is a credit to his work ethic.
David has now become one of the true leaders of the Venom Senior Men’s program. He is highly respected by his teammates and coaches, and we all applaud him on reaching this amazing milestone.
We welcome all Warrandyte supporters to join the Division One Men who play their final game of the season at the Warrandyte Sports Complex this Sunday at 2:30pm to congratulate David on his fantastic achievement.
