ROUND TWO: Forestville Eagles vs Woodville Warriors

WOMEN

Both teams started the season with a win in the opening weekend. Katherine Perkas had a
great start to the season, and the Eagles will be focusing on her. The Warriors will have their
eye on Hannah Hank and Chelsea Roberts. Both teams scored a lot of second-chance points
while not allowing many second-chance points against them. The battle for the boards will be
how this game is decided.

Hang Time Prediction: Woodville Warriors

MEN

The Eagles sent an early message to the rest of the league in their first game of the season when they thrashed the Mavericks by 40 points. The team was firing on all cylinders, playing cohesive basketball on both ends of the floor, and if Majok Deng and Brendan Teys can continue to combine so effectively, they will be a force. However, a Woodville outfit eager to put a heartbreaking 82-85 Round One loss to the Lions behind them may be able to challenge the Eagles. While the Warriors were not able to produce enough defensive and offensive success in the clutch, a strong rebounding and free-throw performance, as well as even spread scoring among the starting 5, proves there is a lot to be liked. While the Eagles will be favourites, this one could be closer than some think.

Hang Time Prediction: Eagles
