SEABL Round 9 Preview

Our SEABL teams head out to Dandenong Sunday evening for a double header against the Rangers.

SEABL Women

After a weekend off, the SEABL Women will be excited to get back on court this weekend against the Dandenong Rangers. Last time these teams met, the Eagles came away with a 2 point win. This time the teams will look much different with the Rangers getting Tessa Lavey and Tess Madgen back, both Australian opal representatives, while the Eagles will have a full roster for the first time this season, welcoming Steph Collins in to the team! With the ladder being so tight, this is a massive game for both teams if they want finals to be a reality.

SEABL Men

The SEABL Men are coming off their first back-to-back wins of the year, and will hope the good form continues into Sunday’s game against the Rangers. Dandenong currently sits 6-4, on the cusp of the top 8. The Eagles have been playing good basketball of late, and will need to be in top form to knock the Rangers who rely heavily on NBL players, Rhys Vague and Anthony Drmic.
