This one went as expected, with the Beavers getting a comfortable win. Greenhills dominated from the start, with a 20-4 first quarter. The beavers spread the love, with 4 out of 5 players getting into double figures for points, led by Adam Moore’s 20. Justin Littlewood had 11 for No Big Deal in the loss.

8.00PM St Mary’s Sharks 106 def. The Splashers 82

 

Two teams that like shooting 3s and are not particularly fussed with playing defence came up against each other, with the Sharks coming out on top for the first time this season over The Splashers. St Mary’s put up a whopping 106 points, with 48 of those coming from outside the 3 point line. Mark Scherf had a lazy 50 points for the Sharks, while Christian Yammouni (30 points) and Bryson Norris (29) had stand out games for the undermanned Splashers team.

8.55PM Uni Hill 53 def. by Redbacks 65

 

A quick start for the Redbacks was the catalyst for a win over uni Hill, keeping them in 4th position. A strong second quarter brought the game within reach for Uni Hill, but the Redbacks steadied and increased the margin late in the 3rd quarter to cruise to the win. Andrew boylen led all scorers with 21 points, while Lincoln Garfirth had 18 for Uni Hill
