Washington will join the team as an unrestricted player due to his status as an Oceanic player being part of the Guam national team program. A McGowan Labor Government will allocate $373,000 to the multi-purpose Mike Barnett Sporting Complex with $352,000 for the complete resurfacing of the basketball courts to enable more basketball games to be played at the facility and ensure that all seven courts comply with occupational health and safety requirements.more
