2011 Victorian Team Training Kicks Off

Selection training for the Under 18 Victorian and AFL Victoria Development teams begins this Monday at 6pm at JJ Holland Park in Kensington. Fifty-two girls will be selected for the two teams, which will contest the AFL's National Under 18 Youth Girls Championships from September 20-24 on the Gold Coast.

A final State trial screening will also be held before State training at 5pm for all girls who missed the first one on the school holidays. Girls who have been nominated by their club coaches and didn't attend the first session need to be ready for training at 5pm at JJ Holland Park, Kensington Rd, Kensington. The screening will finish at 6:30pm.

All players are required to bring their club jumper, shorts, boots, runners, mouthguards and a bottle of water.

They also need to complete an application form here - http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/2011VicAppForm
