Four Harbour teams take top qualifying spots

Four Harbour teams have taken out the top qualifying spots in the recently completed Zone 1 qualifying process. Our Under 19 Girls coached by Justine Reed, Under 17 Girls coached by Jody Cameron, U17 Boys coached by Kenny Stone and U15 Boys coached by Morgan Maskell travel to their respective National Championships as top seed from New Zealand’s toughest zone.

The Under 19 Boys coached by Carl Stent lost a very tight game to Waitakere 109-116 and travel to Nelson as Number 2 seeds. Our Under 15 Girls coached by Bronwen Davidson lost narrowly to Waitakere 61-63 and head to Wellington as Number 3 seeds.

Also qualifying were the Harbour Under 17B Girls coached by Lana Wolf and our Under 15B Girls coached by Greg Davidson.
