REVERED and legendary Seagull Ron Todd was inducted into the Australian Football Hall of Fame earlier this week.
The larger than life key forward rightly took his place among the greatest footballers of all time, after a career that captured the imagination of the football public, particularly during the 1940's.
Standing 187cm tall and weighing in at 82kg, Todd attracted crowds of thousands to see him in action. A gifted athlete, he had tremendous pace, was a spectacular leap and a long kick for goal.
