AFLNRJ REPRESENTATIVE FOOTBALL - Coffs Harbour

Dear Clubs

As mentioned previously we will be entering U13, U15 and U17 Representative teams in the Northern NSW Carnival in Coffs Harbour, this year the carnival is being held on the 17th and 18th July 2018. This carnival will be attended by five other Regional Representative teams from across Northern NSW.

We would like to invite all players to attend two trial sessions for the selection of the Northern Rivers teams which will be held on Thursday 14thth June and Monday 18th June from 5pm – 7pm at the Cavanbah Centre, Byron Bay.

To be selected in these teams players are required to be living in the Northern Rivers region and aged between 12 - 17 years old in 2018 (born 2001 - 2006). Team selection will be based upon your performance at the trial sessions and club football throughout the year but also your commitment, dedication and performance throughout the Summer Development Program held during February and March.

It is expected that players attend both trial sessions (even if injured) to be considered for selection. Once teams have been selected training will be held each Monday afternoon at Byron from 5pm - 6.30pm leading into the carnival on the 17/18th July.

Further information will be provided to players at the trials sessions, however if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me.

If you could please forward this information through to your coaches and relevant players that would be appreciated.

Regards

Trent
