The Gold Coast Suns have recently treated all AFL Northern Rivers Junior clubs with visits from some of their players.

Casino, Lismore, Ballina, Byron Bay, Brunswick Valley, Murwillumbah and Tweed Coast all hosted Suns players, delighting their junior members.

The players spoke to the juniors about their careers and talent pathways before joining in with club training, skills, and drills.

Visiting Suns players included Jarrod Ellis, Leigh Osbourne, Harley Bennell, Trent McKenzie, Timmy Sumner, Sean Lemmens, Jack Leslie, Charlie Dixon, Jarrod Harbow, Greg Broughton, and Karmichael Hunt.

After training, the juniors were allowed photos and autograph opportunities from the Suns players.

The visits proved very successful, with great feedback being received from all clubs involved.

Coverage of the visits will be shown on local NBN and Prime7 news, airing 30 April.
