Liz Ellis,

Liz is one of Australia’s highest profile elite athletes

and most successful Netballers ever. She surpassed the record for

most test matches played for Australia in 2005 and captained the

Sydney Swifts and Australian Netball Team until her retirement in

2007. Liz was Awarded an AM in the 2009 Australia Day Honours List.

In 2009 Liz was inducted into Sports Australia ‘Hall of Fame’. Liz now

calls the Northern Rivers home where she is busy raising a family.



Breeanna Brock,

Recently appointed AFL Female Participation Coordinator

has demonstrated a true passion for her sport having played close to 100 games

of AFL Footy. Breeanna will provide a unique insight of the future of women

in AFL as both a player and now tasked with continuing the growth of female

football throughout Queensland and Northern New South Wales.


Also we will announce our ‘Club Woman of the Year’ and present them with a very

special certificate and prize.

All Proceeds go towards growing AFL in the Northern Rivers.
