2018 NRL Victoria Women's/U16's Girls State Team Trials

The 2018 Women's/U16's Girls NRL Victoria State Team Trials will be held on Sunday 21st January, 2018 at Casey Fields, Cranbourne East (Casey Warriors Home Ground).
9:00am - U16's Girls Registrations - players to get their name marked off at table
10:00am - U16's Girls Trials
11:00am - Women's Registrations - players to get their name marked off at table
12:00pm - Women's Trials

All players are required to bring their own playing shorts, socks and boots. Jerseys will be provided. Players who need strapping are required to supply their own tape. 

The Women's/U16's Girls teams will compete at the CAS Women's/Girls Championships between Thursday 29th March - Sunday 1st April in Sydney, NSW (Easter Weekend). 
From this weekend a Combined Affiliated States Women's team will be selected to play in a National Women's Championship to be held in June. 
Player Levy:
The levy cost to play in each team will be approximately $600-$800 per player.

Selection Criteria:
1. All players must register and play for an NRL Victoria club in 2018
2. Players must meet the following age qualifications to trial:
Women's - minimum age, players must have turned 17 prior to Friday 30th March, 2018. 
U16's Girls - minimum age, players must turn 14 in 2018 and maximum age of 16 in 2018.

All players must submit a registration form by 5pm on Friday 19th January.
No nominations will be accepted on the day. 
Any player who is currently injured or is unable to make the trial but still wants to be considered for selection must email Ryan Walker, NRL Victoria Pathways & Coaching Manager - rwalker@nrl.com.au by Wednesday 17th January at 5:00pm.

*Please note:
A Train on Squad for both the Women's and U16's Girls teams will be announced on Monday 22nd January, with the first training session to be held on Wednesday 24th January.
