"I am going to the Commonwealth Games with the expectation of winning, but realistically you have to prepare yourself.

"We are going there with every intentions of coming back with a medal.

"We are going to training as best as we can with the facilities."

Stephen will be competing in double trap with Phua while Christian and Glenn Kable will shoot in trap short gun.

"We are grateful with the opportunity to represent Fiji and every opportunity like this is something you take advantage of and do not take it for granted," he said.

"I never got into shooting until I was about 18 years old and I used to come to the range with my brother and spend my Sunday and eventually I tried shooting one day and I somehow I started enjoying it.

"I used to shoot recreationally and as my confidence built I started doing it competitively."
