Rudmich GBL goes into semis

The 2013 season of the Rudimch Enterprise Government/Business League enters the home stretch of the games as they are now locked into the semifinal round.

In the Business division, Neco defeated RTRMI Crushers to barge into the semifinals via 83-69 Wednesday night. Neco started hot as they took a 23-14 lead and then were taken a step back in the second as they still took a commanding 44-37 advantage at the end of the first half.

Neco then continued their solid attack as they outscored the Crushers in the third canto with a 23-12 output to gain a 67-49 lead. From there, Neco went all the way to take the win and move on to the next round facing Sam’s Shark.

Joemar Naguit and Arvin Pramo provided the scoring clutches for team Neco with identical 16 markers while Anthony Ngirakelsau topscored for the Crushers with 21 on the losing end.

In other games, Surangel Kings, which won over Galaxy Builders, 70-68, will face PPR Shark Attack in the other semis match.

On the other hand, in the Government division, team ABC is set to meet MOF Omsangel in the semis after MOF won over Island Rhythm, 70-63 while Hanpa Cardinals will face the winner of the MOJ Lawmen-PNCC Molekoi match.
