Galaxy Builders bounces back in Rudimch Enterprise GBL

After absorbing their first setback, Galaxy Builders bounced back to beat WCTC, 77-71, Wednesday night in the ongoing 2012 season of the Rudimch Enterprise Government/Business League at the Palau National gym.

Galaxy Builders relied on their third quarter attack as they spurted a 27-18 run to stage a 56-52 lead going into the final canto. From there, Galaxy Builders remained composed as they sailed away with the win.

Emerson Patenia paced Galaxy Builders with 20 points while teammate Erwin Senadre added 18 as Christopher Techur finished the game for WCTC with 22 markers on the losing end.

The win help Galaxy Builders to bounce from their 66-63 lost to Palau Pacific Resort (PPR) Shark Attack last August 30.

In other games, MOE Spiders won over PPUC Kamik, 81-76; Neco beat Surangel and Sons, 70-63; WCTC beat Sam’s Sharks, 76-74; Fish and Sins Hunters drubbed PPR Stingrays, 93-65; MPIIC bested MOJ Cops, 72-71; MOF Omsangel downed PPUC Kamik, 83-66; and Fish and Fins Hunters routed PRR Dragons, 70-67.

Games will resume tonight with MOE II versus team ABC at 6 p.m. followed by the MOF Omsangel-Palasia Hotel tussle at 7:30 p.m. while Neco will meet Sam’s Sharks at 9 p.m.

Monday night games will have MOF Omsangel taking on MOE II at 6 p.m. as MOE Spiders will test Palasia Hotel at 7:30 p.m. while PRR Dragons will meet Surangel and Sons in the night cap at 9 p.m.
