Three middle distance runners left for the USA today

Three middle distance runners left for the USA today to prepare for next years Pacific Games in Port Moresby. Kevin Kapmatana, Andipas Georasi and Richard Dotaona are heading for Snyder in Texas where they will train under Coach James Williams at West Texas College. Williams is a very experienced coach who has been involved with many USA National teams in the past and has taken charge of development programmes. The athletes were accompanied by Coach Otto Wafia and will be joined by Joe Matmat later this week who is transferring from Northern Iowa to West Texas College.
