NRL Round 16 Sharks vs Warriors Half Time Display

There was certainly a buzz around Southern Cross Group Stadium on Saturday night even with temperatures dropping below 10C! Even more excited were the 15's girls from De La Salle and Taren Point who were doing their best to keep warm in the first half in the lead up to their exhibition game at half time.

Hendra Chatib (Taren Point coach) said "the girls excitement of playing in the middle of the ground and in front of a full house was a sight to see". Both teams played very well displaying not only their running and passing games but also their kicking games. Thanks to the Cronulla Sharks for another opportunity to showcase our game!

Congratulations to the Cronulla Sharks on their victory over the NZ Warriors in an exciting and close game. That's 11 wins on the trot, equalling the NRL record! Let's see if they can make it 12 aganist the Parramatta Eels this Saturday at Southern Cross Group Stadium. #upupcronulla
