Cronulla Sharks Junior Representative Touch Program 2016/2017

The Cronulla Sharks are pleased to confirm their Junior Representative Touch Football program for 2016/7 and invite existing staff to apply for coach/manager positions. Please email applications to JStanton@sharks.com.au and CC pointers@hotmail.com
 
Please carefully note all information below and advise if any questions. The talent ID process will begin immediately after coaches/managers have been appointed. Please note that Cronulla Sharks are hoping to confirm League Touch representative games shortly though these will be "one-off" games that complement the Touch Football program.
 
For players to be eligible for selection they must play in one of the Summer competitions at Gwawley Park or any Shire Touch League competition that starts in September. Final selections will be conducted early in these events with squads selected in September (much earlier than 2015 program).
 
All positions will be advertised on Shire Touch League, JRL and Sharks websites shortly. Selected candidates will be interviewed over phone or in person at the Sharks Leagues Club.
 
Teams:
Boys 10, 12, 14, 16, 18
Girls 10, 12 , 14, 16, 18
 
Positions Available for each team:
Coach, Manager, Ass Coach (teams may have a trainer or a 2nd assistant coach)

October - Squad training
November - Final team selected, Uniform distribution
December - Central Coast Championships (1 day Sunday event in Gosford)
January - Junior Sydney Tournament (1 day Saturday or Sunday event)
February - NSW STATE CUP (3 day event in Port Macquarie)
