FANTASTIC RESULTS in 29er World Championship!

After a great day on the water on the final day of Worlds, placing 1st in the first race of the day and 3rd in the third race, Simon & John have finished the Worlds in 6th overall ... AUS 6 !

They're thrilled with the results. Their goal was to be in the top half of Gold fleet so they were so happy to finish in the top 10 in their first World Championship.

The Australian Team did very well all round with their team mates from Brisbane, Kyle O'Connell & Tom Siganto finishing 1st overall. Two World Championship wins in a row for the Aussies following on from Belmont's own Kurt Hansen & Harry Morton's win in 2014!

The AUS girls Tash Bryant & Annie Wilmot from Sydney came 4th in the girls division.

Some fantastic sailing, some great experience and a "fire in the belly" for working towards the next campaign!

Congratulations John & Simon on your fabulous result!
