Lions appoint coaches for 2015

Milevski, a former Stirling player, has played a part in the club structure as reserves coach for many years and successfully led the reserves squad to this season’s Grand Final.

Rob will be assisted by Daniel Stoitis, who is also a former Stirling Lions player.

Club president Vick Lazarov was delighted both had accepted the roles.

“Both Rob and Daniel are progressing their coaching careers and we are pleased they have remained at Stirling Lions,” Lazarov said. “They have an extensive history with the club and we have been true to our philosophy of promoting home grown coaches who are striving to develop themselves and others.

“They will be aided by Gary Williams, who has accepted the role of Football Operations Manager, and as a group they will work together to bring success to our club.”

Stirling thanked former Football Operations Manager Don Evans, who recently resigned from his position, for his many years’ service to the club.
