FFSA Strategic Plan 2015-2017
Football Federation SA (FFSA) is pleased to release the Strategic Plan for 2015-2017.
The 2015-17 Strategic Plan has been formulated via consultation with a wide range of stakeholders, with the process commencing with the 360 Degree Review into State Sporting Organisations conducted by the Office for Recreation and Sport.
Over 450 key football stakeholders took part in the online interview that covered a range of topics including communication, policy, participation, coaching, refereeing and leadership.
The review captured data specific to Football and also benchmarked the FFSA against other state sporting organisations in South Australia.
The Football Federation SA Strategic Plan 2015-17 provides direction for the development and implementation of Football’s priorities and aligns with the Football Federation Australia Strategic Plan.
FFSA Chief Executive Officer Michael Carter said that developing the Strategic Plan is integral for the development of football in South Australia.
“The 2015-17 Strategic Plan is an ambitious document with 5 key priority areas namely Football Development, Operations, Facilities, Regional Development and Stakeholder Relations/Communication.
“The plan focuses heavily on leadership, club/association support, regional development, education and growth and paves the way for the future development of Football in South Australia.”
